Welcome to Storylink. Our services provide a URL shortener as well as an advanced platform for tracking and analyzing advertising campaigns, designed to optimize marketing performance. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and waive any purchasing conditions you may have. Please read them carefully.

2. Terms of Use
Storylink is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with these terms.

3. Account Creation and Management
Registering on Storylink requires accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, email address, and other relevant details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Storylink immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account. An invitation via email is required to create an account on Storylink. If you wish to receive one, you must first provide your email address. We will then send you an access link via email, allowing you to create your account.

4. License of Use
Storylink grants you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the software provided as part of the services solely for your internal business purposes. This license does not allow you to resell the services, collect and use product lists, or extract data without consent.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Storylink offers a 14-day free trial with no requirement to provide payment information.
After this period, if you wish to subscribe, be aware that subscription fees are payable in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Storylink. Service pricing and plan modifications may occur at any time with at least 30 days’ notice. This does not apply to any discounts graciously offered by Storylink, which may be modified at any time without notice.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any new subscription. This guarantee is a courtesy from us to allow you to continue testing Storylink beyond the free trial, risk-free.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions without exception:
• This is your first registration on Storylink.
• The website(s) you promote have never been registered on Storylink before.
• You request a refund within 30 days of your first billing.
• You have consumed a maximum of 50,000 events during the 30-day period following your first billing.

If you are eligible for a refund, simply contact us via the chat bubble on the bottom-right corner of the screen, and we will process your refund down to the last cent within 48 hours. Depending on the payment method used, it may take 5 to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

• Example #2: You register for the first time on Storylink. You test it on your website, consuming 75,000 events over 29 days after your first billing. You request a refund on the 30th day → You are not eligible for a refund because you exceeded 50,000 events.
• Example #3: You register for the first time on Storylink. You test it on your website, consuming 5,000 events over 30 days after your first billing. You request a refund on the 31st day → You are not eligible for a refund because you exceeded the 30-day guarantee.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the services, including software, databases, designs, and texts, belong to Storylink or its licensors and are protected by copyright and international treaties. No rights are transferred to you beyond those expressly stated in these terms.

7. Data Privacy and Protection
